 ONDO SHALL FOSTER CONTINUITY IN INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT - ALABI

Special Adviser to Ondo State Governor on Power, Engr. Johnson Alabi, has re-affirmed the commitment of the Aiyedatiwa-led administration to carry on with programmes and initiatives that would enhance the wellbeing of the people.


Alabi gave the remarks after receiving an Award of Recognition, presented to him by a group identified as “Eagle's Table”, established to determine government officials with effective performance in their assigned duties.

He stressed that prioritizing societal welfare fosters productivity, resilience and enhanced economic stability, emphasizing that the Governor, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa’s vision is clear and he would continue to invest substantively in providing ease for the citizenry.

Speaking earlier, the Team Lead, Barr. Dele Ogunbodede, stated that the visit was in respect to their findings on government officials who were effectively projecting the goals of the current administration and present them with a plaque of recognition, as a way to encourage them to do more.

Barr. Ogunbodede, disclosed that the group does not sell awards to recipients, rather it is being given to deserving people based on findings.

Receiving the award, the Special Adviser appreciated the group for the gesture, while he noted that the strides would not have been made possible without the Governor’s approvals, strategic partnerships and complementary efforts in the state's electricity sector. 

He assured, that the Ondo State Power Sector would not relent in its efforts to foster continuity, beneficial to the people of the state.

 6 States where 379997 candidates will retake 2025 UTME from May 16 (SEE FULL LIST & PROCEDURE ) The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced a retake of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for 387,000 candidates across six states. JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, after a meeting held with education stakeholders in Abuja, admitted responsibility for the mass failure that trailed the examination. He announced that about 379,997 candidates in the just concluded 2025 examination would retake the examination.
