APC FAITHFULS IN IFEDORE ENDORSE FASORANTI FOR SENATORIAL SEAT

It was a joyful moment for members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State, yesterday, as they played host to the former Secretary to the Ondo State Government and aspiring Senator for Ondo Central Senatorial District, Dr. Taiwo Fasoranti, who was in the local government on a solidarity visit to leaders and members, and to seek their support in the upcoming primary election of the party.

Fasoranti who was received by party critical stakeholders and members, including the Ondo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Dr. Seun Osamaye, highlighted the significance of having a dutiful, resourceful and committed representative. He noted that he is seeking the support of members in order to provide an inclusive leadership and grassroots development for the people of Ondo Central Senatorial District.


Responding, the party's stakeholders expressed there willingness to support his candidacy, noting that his track records have shown he has a promising vision and capacity to deliver purposeful representation. In one voice, they pledged their unwavering support for his senatorial ambition, affirming that party faithfuls in Ifedore local government stands firmly with him.

They added that their overwhelming show of love and endorsement is a clear reflection of the trust the people have in his leadership and his commitment to the growth and development of Ondo Central Senatorial District.

 ‎FESTIVAL TURNS SOUR, AS MEN REPORTEDLY RAPE, MOLEST YOUNG LADIES AND WOMEN ‎ There was pandemonium in Ozoro, Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, after girls and women were reportedly raped, molested, and assaulted by youths during a cultural celebration in the community. ‎ It was learnt that the incident reportedly occurred on Thursday, 18th March, 2026, during the community's festival.  ‎ In one of the viral videos, some of the men said girls and women were mandated to remain indoors during certain hours of the celebration.
